What's up, my beautiful Soul Tribe? Welcome back to the Permission Activated Podcast. And I am your host, Coach Ty, here to empower you and remind you that you don't need anybody's permission but your own to move forward because God has already called and chosen you. All right, let's jump into this word. So you are inside of 10 days of tie nuggets, and today's tie nugget is going to be how to heal faster. Baby, let's get into this because I feel like somebody really needs this word on today. So, how to heal faster. Number one, you just have to allow yourself to feel the pain. And when I say heal faster, I'm talking about emotional healing. I'm talking about getting over heartbreak, a breakup, or disappointment or rejection or whatever it is that you may be mentally or emotionally feeling. The first thing you have to do is give yourself permission to feel the pain, feel the emotions, and let it flow and go through your body. It needs to flow through your body so it can be released. But the longer you push it back, the longer you're going to delay your healing. Now, let me explain what I'm talking about. Story time. So years ago, when I lived in LA, it was probably one of the most difficult things that I had gone through in my life. The number one thing God told me, He said, Stop pushing back the pain. Give yourself permission to just feel it. Allow it to just flow and move through your body so your body can process it and you can release it. Because when you start looking at pain as a lesson, like what is the lesson I'm supposed to extract from this? What is the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding that I'm supposed to extract from this? Then you'll stop pushing it away. You'll stop running from it and you'll just allow yourself to receive it. You'll allow it to permeate and move and flow through your body so your body, so your spirit, so your soul can receive whatever that download and that information is that you need for your journey. Because everything is happening as a part of your journey. Everything is happening as a lesson. You got to remember, you're a student of life. Yeah, of course, you're the master of life, but you're also the student of life. So you have to be humble enough in every situation and circumstance to say, okay, what is it I'm supposed to be learning from this? And so when I understood that, when I heard God say that in that moment, allow yourself to feel it. I literally just opened myself up to it, and I just felt it just flood my body, move through my body, and I allowed myself to fully, fully feel it. And I allowed myself to cry for as long as I needed to. And I allowed myself to feel whatever it was I needed to feel. Because you got to understand, you're not only dealing with your adult self, but you're dealing with your inner child as well. So you're learning as an adult, but you're also giving your inner child permission to feel and release what they need to feel and release as well. Because one of the reasons a lot of people are walking around emotionally constipated is because they're not giving their inner child permission to say and feel what it's been trying to say and feel for many, many years. Because maybe you were silenced as a child. Maybe you weren't given the opportunity to speak your voice or speak your feelings, or you felt like you know you were taught that your feelings weren't valid. That's a whole nother conversation, but that's a word for somebody right there. So you gotta give yourself permission to feel everything you need to feel, to cry as much as you need to. If you need to stay in and eat ice cream for a couple of days, listen, do what you gotta do. Okay, no judgment here. There's no judgment here, all right? Just get in the gym after that. But I'm just saying, just balance it out. Whatever you gonna do, just balance it out. No, but just allow yourself to feel it. And and I'm gonna tell you another thing that was really interesting. When God told me that and I got that revelation, I literally saw pain as a person, like as an embodiment of a person that was literally standing in front of me waiting to teach me a lesson. And the more I pushed, pushed it away, the more I ran from it, the more it stood in my face. And it felt like the more the pain magnified. So whatever it is you run from, whatever it is you try to avoid, it's going to get bigger and bigger, louder and louder. So just know that. Moving forward, when you feel hurt, disappointed, whatever it is you're feeling, allow yourself to sit in it. Give yourself permission to sit in it and feel it so you can process it out. And I promise you guys, as soon as you do that, the process is going to go so much faster because whatever you avoid is going to keep standing in your face. And so as soon as I did that, as soon as I submitted and I surrendered to feeling what I needed to feel, to learn what I needed to learn and to just feel that pain and sit in it and deal with it. It literally moved through me and pushed through me so fast, y'all. When I tell you, it was like the whole process was accelerated and the healing just came and it was done. It came and it went. And I was like, man, that's all I had to do was just kind of sit with it and sit in it and process it and understand the lesson that I was supposed to learn so that I don't have to repeat it again. See, that's the problem. A lot of people will not sit with the pain, they will not sit with the lesson, they will not process it, they will not dissect it, and so they keep repeating it over and over in different people in different situations and circumstances. And it's not that people are bad, it's not that all women are bad, it's not that all men are bad, it's that you have not learned the lesson at the root that you need to learn. So that lesson keeps manifesting and materializing in different people's situations and circumstances. It's different faces, but it's the same spirit. I'm gonna say that again. It's different faces, but it is the same spirit. This is why, although you moved from Alaska all the way to LA and you left Pookie in Alaska, you met another Pookie with a different face in LA. Or you moved from Denver to London and you left Sasha in LA, but you met a different type of Sasha in London. That's bringing you hell now. Do you understand what I'm saying? You have to deal with the spirit, you have to deal with the pain, you have to deal with whatever it is. The lesson is at the root because everything is just a lesson. And when you begin to look at it like that, then you understand that you keep repeating the lessons because you're not passing the test. Baby, I'm gonna say that again for the people in the back. You keep repeating the lesson because you're not passing the test. I said this in another episode. God is not prematurely promoting you. He can because that would be self-destruction. He will be setting you up for failure in a bad way. Sometimes failure is good, so you can learn, but he will be setting you up to self-destruct because if you can't pass the fifth grade, how in the world are you gonna handle the ninth grade? If you've never taken basic math, how are you gonna take geometry or trigonometry when you don't even know how to add and subtract? Baby, who am I talking to? Somebody needs this is a prophetic word for somebody right here. Somebody needs to subtract some people, some situations and circumstances from their life so you can get to the geometry, so you can get to the trigonometry. Come on now, and you need to add the right people, subtract the wrong people and add the right people. Anyway, I'm saying all of this to say, guys, whatever you're going through, you gotta give yourself permission to sit in the pain, sit in the emotion, sit in whatever it is that you're dealing with, and allow your body to feel it and process it out so it can move through and out your body. The more you push it back, the more it is going to come up in your face aggressively. I'm trying to tell you what I know. So listen, I'm praying today that God will give you the courage to surrender, to submit, to sit with what you need to sit with. I'm praying for supernatural healing to overtake you, accelerated healing to overtake you. I'm praying that knowledge, wisdom, understanding, and revelation will be your crown, that the spirit of truth will be your crown, that you will get breakthrough on today, that every yoke will be broken, every burden will be removed, and that any strongholds that are holding you, binding you will be broken and released right now in the name of the Lord. Right now, in the name of Jesus, I'm praying for healing, for restoration for you. So listen, guys, I love you so much. And just know you're not alone, you're not going through it alone. There are many other people that are going through whatever you're going through. So just remember that God said, I will never leave nor forsake you. And just remember, I'm cheering and I'm rooting for you too. But you got to give yourself permission to be free. You got to give yourself permission to come out of that toxic situation. You got to give yourself permission to cut those toxic people off, to cut the toxic situations and circumstances off. You have to give yourself permission because the only person that is holding you back is yourself. You just have to make a decision and move forward and say, I'm not turning back, I'm not going back. Burn all the ships because there is no plan B, C, or D. It's only A. Option A, option A, option A, keep moving forward. Listen, guys, thank you so much for hanging out with me. I love and appreciate you so much. I pray that this really helped heal and broke some yolks off of some people and just gave you a little bit more clarity. But just give yourself permission to feel whatever it is you need to feel, process it, sit with it, learn the lesson so you can release it and move on.
